Bill Clinton

Bill Clinton was the 42^nd president of the United States. He also served as the governor of Arkansas and as attorney general of Arkansas. During his presidency, he presided over the longest economic expansion in American history, created the largest expansion of college opportunity since the GI Bill, raised education standards, increased school choice, and doubled education and training investment.
