- What is the attire?
Cocktail or business attire.
- Where do I indicate food preferences and dietary restrictions?
Submit your food preferences on your table sponsorship form, or contact Renee Rivera-Ghelfi at renee.rivera-ghelfi@unlv.edu for assistance.
- What time is the event?
The cocktail reception and silent auction begin at 5:30 p.m. Guests are seated for dinner at 6:30 p.m., and the event will conclude at 9:00 p.m.
- Where and when is the event?
We will see you on Monday, March 3, at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino’s Grand Ballroom. The cocktail reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will conclude at 9 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction on Las Vegas Boulevard and the surrounding area, please allow extra travel time to the event.
Parking
- Where do I park? Is parking complimentary?
Guests are invited to valet or self-park at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino. Complimentary parking vouchers will be available at the event check-in.
Sponsorships Tickets and Guests
- What recognition do sponsors receive?
We are pleased to recognize table sponsors on the website, during the event AV presentation, and in a listing in the event program. However, inclusion in the print program is contingent upon sponsorship being finalized by the print deadline.
- Where do I submit the names of my table guests? Can I make a change to my table guests?

Yes, single tickets are available for $500 apiece.
