Gardner Company

Gardner Company

The philosophy of Gardner Company is to build community through relationships. Company executives believe the mark of a great person is giving back to the community and society.

A full-service real estate firm specializing in the development of office, retail, industrial, and medical buildings, Gardner Company has been a prominent fixture in the Intermountain West business community since the 1970s. It was founded by Kem C. Gardner, who in 2020 served as Chairman of the Board, with Christian Gardner as President and CEO.

The Gardner Company’s mission is to design and construct buildings that minimize impact on the environment, improve the surroundings, and enhance the workplace experience for their tenants. In 2020, it had developed more than 32 million square feet and secured over $2 billion in construction and permanent financing.

As the master developer for the UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park, Gardner managed and operated the Tech Park in partnership with UNLV and the UNLV Research Foundation. Throughout 2019, they developed a new corporate campus for Black Fire Innovation, a public-private partnership between Caesars Entertainment Corporation and UNLV, located at the intersection of Sunset and Durango roads in southwest Las Vegas.
