Inspired by an unshakable faith in the youth of America and their potential to become tomorrow’s leaders in science and engineering, Beal Bank USA founder Andrew Beal is a champion of science and math education. Under his leadership, Beal Bank and Beal Bank USA have donated millions of dollars to support knowledge and discovery through regional science fairs in Nevada and Texas.

UNLV has long benefited from Mr. Beal’s commitment to excellence in science and mathematics. Since 2006, Beal Bank USA has been a significant sponsor—and in 2009 became the exclusive title sponsor—of the Beal Bank USA Southern Nevada Regional Science & Engineering Fair. This influential event, organized by UNLV’s College of Sciences, is held annually on the UNLV campus.

The Beal Bank USA Southern Nevada Regional Science & Engineering Fair offers elementary, middle, and high school students from across Southern Nevada a unique opportunity to develop their scientific curiosity and creativity. It provides them with hands-on learning experience as they develop and present their projects. Each year, the high school grand prize winner represents Southern Nevada at the prestigious Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair.

Thanks to Andrew Beal and Beal Bank USA, the next generation of scientists will have the education and inspiration they need to help solve long-unanswered challenges and produce unprecedented breakthroughs to benefit humanity.
