Founded in 2005, the company delivers financial management, human capital management, planning, and analytics applications designed for the world’s largest companies, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Workday’s holistic approach to wellness isn’t simply an internal company value, it’s extended to clients such as UNLV. In 2020, Workday supported The PRACTICE, a community mental health clinic located on the university’s main campus, with a $1 million gift to create the Workday Endowment Fund.

At The PRACTICE, faculty experts in clinical and school psychology and mental health counseling train and supervise advanced graduate students in high-quality mental and behavioral health care. Through Workday’s generosity, The PRACTICE is able to provide well-prepared mental health care providers to our community. The PRACTICE serves about 600 clients per year while training students.
